What is your why?

Anytime I've decided to embark on being healthy it was because I was inspired to do something in my life that made a difference in my experience. I wanted to go on hikes, climb a mountain, run faster, be better at CrossFit, improve my flexibility and concentration in yoga. Improve my sleeping or mental clarity so I was able to accomplish these things with a clear vision. There is always a solution. And I've been determined to find paths to them. Always having a why has lead me to the how. And been the motivational force to take action.
